PAYMENT POLICY

You must pay within 24 hours when you use buy it now or after you had accepted my offer; if not paid within 24 hours your order will be canceled! That is my rule. If and only if you need more time to pay for the item, please contact me before accepting my offer or using buy it now; otherwise the immediate above will be applied after 24 hours.

Final sale means you will accept the sizing, the item condition described based on the photographs posted that were solely taken by me; the item sales "as is" posted and based on the visual posted fotos; the price you'll offer (a buyer), and I, (a seller) will accept—that will create a contract under U.C.C. Law (Uniform Commercial Code) for sales of goods only; thus, you will not attempt to initiate a return after purchase neither via PayPal, or your credit card you pay (e.g., visa, Mastercard, America Express or else), nor via eBay platform for any of the following reasons: (1) if you have regrets thereafter or remorse, or (2) sizing issue, and (3) may change or suddenly will change your mind. By sending to me and accepting from me an offer or buy it now, you'll agree to the said statement, but not limited to other policies designated by eBay and/or PayPal that are governed by local, state, and federal laws including international regulations/statues.

If you live outside of the U.S., you must pay import tax according to your country import tax laws. Since I will send your package via eBay global shipping program, the import tax will be solely your responsibility. If you want to send your item via other or alternative channels of delivery, please contact me prior.

While your item will be shipped via FedEx ground in the U.S., your local country's carrier as the global shipping program may deem to choose varies carrier. If and only if, the item I sent to you is deemed undeliverable by the carrier and sent back to me because of the wrong address in your eBay account, or you intentionally choose not to receive the item after (3) Fedex delivery attempts, it will be recycled or destroyed and I will not replace the contents of the package under any claims you might come up with. I will not be responsible for the product that has been denied or returned knowingly, purposely, intentionally or negligently. All packages I ship will be insured by Fedex for the full purchase amount of the item. Please note: that I will insure your item for the amount you pay. Please inspect your package for any external damages before you will accept the package. If damaged, report it right away with a Fedex carrier in person and/or over the phone. If the package was delivered to your address to the front door and later you claim that you are missing your package, here what you will do:

1. Call Fedex with a tracking number; allow Fedex to investigate your claim up to 48 hours; note: all fedex vehicles have cameras and their devices take pic of the last location it was delivered too. That said we all protected against any possible uncertain activities during or after your package is delivered.

Do not attempt to send me a message with a request to ship any item to another address; your request will be immediately denied or ignored. I will only ship to the registered eBay's address in your file when I creat a shipping label. If you are new to eBay, that is great! But you must have at least 10 positive feedbacks. If you have less than 10 feedbacks I may choose to cancel your order at my sole discretion. I do read them as you read mine.

Now we have a bargain. Once you'll pay for the item, I will ship it within (24) hours, but usually I ship your item at the same day. If you have any reasonable delivery/shipping instructions (e.g., different carrier, or military PO box delivery request or else) please specify.

If you have any question, just ask. I am a very simple, reasonable, and highly responsible individual. I will do everything as perfect as possible! Please respect that!

SHIPPING

I will do my part by shipping your item within the time frame mentioned above. However, I cannot control logistics of the Fedex or other carriers. So, if delay may cause by Fedex or else due to snow storm, weather related issues or else—it is out of my control. If package is missed or you claim is missing then you must file, (1) a police report, and (2) a fedex claim.

I use Fedex—in my opinion only—I strongly believe that Fedex carrier is the most reliable!

All items will be shipped insured; however, only items will include signature conformation if the item is over $700 U.S. dollars. That is my policy.
