ENDOR TREASURES TERMS AND CONDITIONS

About the product: All items are pre owned unless stated otherwise. As a previously loved item, there may be scratches or scuffs on them. We try to point out any imperfections we see, but please examine pictures closely as they are of the actual object you will receive and will give a better idea of condition. 

Unless explicitly stated in the item description, the item will come exactly as shown with only the pictured pieces and accessories included. If a piece or accessory is missing from the pictures it will not be included. We are not  experts on every item and can not know what pieces may be missing from each item. 

We give all items a wipe down, but new owners may want to give them a more thorough cleaning (especially with vintage toys that may have had years of dust on them).  All items are tested and working unless description states they are not in working order.  Batteries are not included with items.

Payment:  Payment should be made within 48 hours of auction end.  Nonpayment cases are automatically opened by eBay on our behalf after two days.   

Shipping:  Shipping price is calculated by eBay based on your zip code and is shown on the item listing.  We try to get all purchased items in the mail within 24 business hours of payment. Used items are often shipped (carefully packaged) in used / recycled boxes to help keep cost down for buyers. 

Tracking number will be added to the product when label is purchased to allow you to follow package progress.

Shipping Address:  We only mail purchased items to the address provided with the order.  Please verify and make any necessary changes to the shipping address before checkout.  If the address provided is not the one you would like it sent to, we will need to cancel the transaction to have you repurchase it with the correct address.

Combined shipping:  We do offer combined shipping on most items (exceptions would apply to oversized items).  Please send a combined shipping request for purchased items.

Best Offer:  Thank you for your interest, but if Best Offer is not active on the listing, we do not accept best offers.

Returns:  We do accept returns.  If the item arrives in a condition that was not as described, seller will provide return shipping label with complete refund once item is returned.  If the product is as described which is backed up with pictures and listing description, buyer will pay return shipping cost and will be refunded the purchase price minus original shipping cost.  If the item is damaged in shipping, please open a return through eBay providing pictures of the damage.
