This vintage mailing box is circa 1950s. It is made from a hard fiber, it is brown, and the corners are reinforced with dark brown metal corner plates. It has some writing and stickers on it, evidence of its use in a bygone era.

It has been well used, with a lot of superficial scuffing, and a couple of small holes in the bottom. Sides are slightly warped, but the lid still fits on it fine.
