on a wreath. This award had two variations:
Silver for men/enlisted and a Gold for officers.
This type (w/wreath) of pin was
awarded for a very short period
of time and are very scarce

Very Good Condition - Has NOT been cleaned or
polished. Original patina. Enamel is in great
condition. Some wear from use and age.
