These re-issue die-cast models were made in China for DeAgostini Mattel, Norev Mattel or Atlas Mattel. The range consists of both French and English Dinky Toys, Cars, Vans, Trucks and Emergency Vehicles. The pressed steel bases carry information on the Company that issued the Dinky Toy. Usually The boxes are fresh, clean and unused, but occasionally can have a slight extra crease or minor buckling to one of the corners but this is always very minor. The toys are usually protected inside the box by special clear vac-formed mini-trays. The boxes are an important part of the “feel” for this range and are quite authentic.
