This 224 page hardcover book w/ dust jacket (plus many other similar collectors/reference books) was catalogued and in boxed storage. Condition is exceptional, like new. Dimensions are 8.75" x 11.5" X 1". The back surface of the dust jacket itself does have several areas which are scratched (as depressions similar to what one would see left behind by pressure of writing pen use on top of a note pad / soft surface), but not torn or missing the surface of the jacket material nor did this carry through to the book cover.
