For your consideration, I have a Vintage Delco Remy Soda Pop Can Battery Powered Fan Novelty - WORKS!!  This hangs around your neck and the wind blows up.  I'm not sure if this was a handmade item or if it was a Delco Remy novelty item.  This comes from a smoke free home.  I will be listing several vintage items so check out my other listings as I will combine shipping on multiple sales.
