Included is a set of TWO (2) of our extra long backwards prong hot dog roasting forks. They measure 54" long. We sell a shorter option at 44" and there is a picture in the gallery displaying the size difference. They are handmade in Central IL USA. We have 3 handle variations to choose from: 

Black Walnut

Red Cedar

Random- Mulberry, Cherry, Hickory, Oak (Red oak is pictured but not always available.)

There are labeled pictures in the gallery of the Walnut and Cedar. You can choose your wood handle when checking out. Sometimes there can be variations in grain, pattern, shade and smoothness within the same species. We do our best to pick matching sets. It might be Cherry, Mulberry, Oak, Elm, etc. If you choose the random variety, you will receive a matching set of a type of wood handle that may not be pictured. They will always be a hard wood species. 

An order of "qty=1" will actually be 2 sticks; and order of "qty=2" will be 4 sticks; etc. These measure 44" long from end-to-end. This size is better for smaller fires and kids. The forks are 4" long and approximately 4" apart. They are sturdy and reusable. Made from sturdy steel and wood. Best sticks you will ever own! 

These are doubled handled "safety" sticks. The second handle slides up and down the shaft of the stick. It's there to hold onto while cooking to assist with rotation and to prevent burning. These backwards prong ones also have a washer to stop the second handle from going too far towards the prongs. To get your food off simply place the butt end of the stick on the ground, grasp the second handle and slide it all the way up to the washer then take your food off without roasting your hand!
