Pulled from a dead (GPU bad) Macbook Pro 17
Current condition unknown. With the Macbook Pro 17 not able to boot, I have no way to test the drive again.
It was working before the Macbook Pro GPU went out. I'm not sure what other damage the GPU failure caused or if the superdrive was damaged by the GPU failure.
