• Free standard Canada Post in Canada for most orders over $100 CAD before taxes.
• Excluded are items that are very large/over-size and very remote/non-continental locations. If you are in a remote region, please contact us to see if you qualify.
• Express services are often available upon request.

Please reference the eBay shipping calculator, it is very accurate for the estimated times to your postal code.

Average Shipping Times to USA (please note the delivery times are an average as delays can occasionally occur at customs):

• Canada Post Small Packet Air (4-12 business days average) – DOES NOT include tracking
• Expedited Shipping (4-12 business days average delivery) – Includes tracking
• XpressPost Shipping 3-4 days guaranteed delivery (excludes delays caused by customs) – Includes Tracking (We sometimes substitute DHL)

Average International Shipping times (please note the delivery times are an average as delays can occasionally occur at customs):

• Canada Post Small Packet Air (for items under 2kg of weight only) is 2-4 weeks average.  – Most affordable option with no tracking available.
• Canada Post Tracked Packet (for items under 2kg of weight only) is 2-3 weeks average – Includes Tracking **Only available to certain countries so may not appear on all orders
• Canada Post International Surface Parcel is 4-8 weeks average delivery – Includes Tracking **Please note there are no parcel scan updates between when the boat leaves Canada & when it is scanned at destination customs
• Canada Post International Air Parcel is 2-4 weeks average delivery – Includes Tracking **Only available to certain countries so may not appear on all orders
•  Canada Post XpressPost International - Europe, South America & Japan usually 6-8 business days Australia is 7-10 average) –Includes tracking

** Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, etc, Economy & Expedited shipping times can take as long as a month. If you don't see a service offered in the shipping calculator for an item, please contact us for a quote.

Items are usually shipped within 1-2 business days after payments have cleared and we do our very best to get everything out as quickly as possible. If you need your order expedited please contact us before bidding and we'll do our very best to accommodate you.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

Please note that we DO NOT collect any duty, tariffs, taxes, etc for orders outside of Canada. We only collect freight to cover the expense of transportation of goods from our store to you. If you are unsure of what duty, taxes, etc. could be charged for importing goods, we strongly advise that you verify with your customs office of your country before ordering.

For Canadian orders the appropriate sales tax is collected as it is the law of the land.

Returns Policy:  

Due to a bug with the eBay Business Policies the returns policy is not showing the full conditions of the policy below which include the  following:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with all the tags included.

Returns must be received within 30 days of receipt of the item.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
