* Cuttings will arrive wrapped in moist moss, and additionally wrapped for insulation and safe travels.

* Heating packs are available and required when temperatures in your area drop below 40 degrees F.

* I use MINIMAL PLASTIC when shipping.

* Plants will have some natural stress when traveling. Drooping leaves and some bruising may occur. Contact me within 24 hours of delivery if the issue is severe.
