This ring features a faceted cushion-cut 4.50 carat Amethyst gemstone 

measuring 14 mm long by 12 mm wide and is adorned with four Diamond 

accented 18K Gold heart-shaped prongs and 18K Gold 

rope detailed tapered shank. 

The ring measures size 8 on the mandrel.
