These are circa 1995 . All of my vintage clothing was stored away in plastic sealed containers in a cedar closet. I was actually saving them for my grandkids but after I realized my kids only wanted some of their things , I started do eBay , it’s been great to have someone else enjoy these things while helping keep the roof over my head ~ I ship out right after payment is received ( the next shipping day ) . 50 % Cotton, 50% Poly , these are super cute , machine. Elastic waist , I’m amazed at Oshkosh because the elastic is always like new no matter how old they are, maybe due to storage , but I’m impressed . There is a mark from storage , a light discoloration on the rear leg on one side , I hadn’t even noticed until I took new photos
