About Us:

We have more than 20 years of experience in the aquarium manufacturing industry.

We started by making aquariums for ourselves and some according to the dimensions of our clients.

Our first clients were friends, friends of friends and relatives. At that time it was like a hobby for us,

which gradually grew into something more. Complete strangers started ordering from us based on

positive recommendations from our friends. We made tanks for individuals who were raising fish,

shrimp and plants. As well as that, pet stores, farms and restaurants started buying from us. Since

our quality and aesthetics of aquariums have been tested over the years and assessed positively, we

began to offer our products on eBay.

At the moment we only offer the production of tanks according to our sizes.

Before packing the goods, each tank is filled with water and the quality of the assembly is checked to

prevent leaks. It’s really important to us that you are happy with your purchase.

Delivery:

If you are not too far from us, we will deliver the products ourselves.

If you are located far from us, we ship our products only via commercial couriers with a tracking

number  for the parcel.

Please note:

We are responsible for delivery.

Since this is a fragile product, we kindly ask you to check the contents for damage as soon as you

receive the parcel and, if necessary, immediately notify us and attach pictures so that I can file a

claim with the delivery company. We can quickly resolve this issue since we take care of all the

expenses for the delivery instead of the client (full refund or replacement).

We use a trusted courier, but unfortunately sometimes this can happen.

Return of product(s) and refund:

The buyer is responsible for product returns and shipping. All expenses are to be paid by the buyer.

You can only return an item if you have not used it.

To do this, you must notify me within 30 days from the date of purchase and return the product. The

buyer pays a shipping fee, which will be deducted from the refunded money.

 

Since this is a fragile item, when returning you are responsible for the damage to the item during

transportation and if the item is damaged we will not be able to refund your money.

Unfortunately, we are not a commercial company and cannot take on all the expenses. We risk the

products during transit to the buyer, just as you do. Thank you for your understanding.

To avoid returning the product(s), let me advise you:

1) Please buy responsibly.

2) Double-check all the dimensions of the tank (indicated in the description) and the stand on which

you are going to install it - this is very important.

take good care of your fish tank, it will last a very long time and stay in excellent condition!
