VINTAGE STANLEY LONDON BRASS FLOATING COMPASS IN WOOD BOX WITH BRASS DECORATION ON TOP

I bought this at an estate auction. The wood box measures 3 3/8" square and is 2.5" tall when shut. The dial is 1 3/4". It weighs 9 ounces. I don't know how old it is or anything else about it. It appears it is working and levels out well when box is tipped. There are 17 pictures to look through. Selling as is. Thanks!
