This is the second of two volumes of William Leeke's story of the 52nd Light Infantry at the Battle of Waterloo and subsequent events in Paris and Northern France. This volume covers the Author's later Military and Clerical career, and various services and incidents concerning the 52nd LI (later 2nd Battalion Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire LI) from 1755 to the end of the 1850s including the American War of Independence, India, Peninsula War, "sundry matters connected with Waterloo..." and the Indian (or Sepoy Mutiny).
