This heat tape is ideal for use under large caging or rack systems. It can be cut to the length required and is SOLD BY THE FOOT. The Quantity entered is the number of feet desired. Does NOT include wire/clip/insulator set which must be ordered separately if needed. 12 watts per foot.
Element width is +/- .125″ Lengths of more than 40′ are not recommended. Due to how this element is manufactured the length can vary by +/- 1/4″ PER FOOT. Generally it is less than that but ORDER EXTRA.
This heat tape MUST be used with a thermostat .
