All chains and clasps are 304 Stainless Steel. Crystals are a mix of Austrian and Czech. Skulls are silver plated alloy. A tiny puffball designed for holding essential oils, perfumes, etc. is included. Clasp closure ring will need to be removed/replaced to switch between crystals and puffballs. This can easily be done with two small pairs of needle nose pliers. Please search online for how to use jump rings in jewelry making. I do not suggest using the crystals and puffballs together. Essential oils or perfumes may discolor the crystals.
Most items are made with Stainless Steel chains and findings. Stainless steel is hypoallergenic. Any metal labeled as black, gunmetal, antique brass, bronze, silver (without specifying Stainless Steel), rose gold, gold or kc gold are PLATED. Charms could be Stainless Steel or an alloy. If you have questions about a specific item, please let me know. I will be adding in Sterling Silver items soon and those will be labeled 0.925.
Natural, untreated stones are used whenever possible. Some stones are very fragile if not treated. If I know the stones have been treated, it will be stated in the listing. Unfortunately, not all bead sellers state whether or not stones have been treated. I buy the best quality stone beads I can find at the best prices.
Due to the nature of natural stones, the color and shape may vary slightly from the item in the photos if more than one of each item is available.
I usually ship with USPS within two days of payment. If you need something faster, I can do USPS Priority Mail for an additional fee.
I use recycled packaging and fillers whenever possible. Because of this, your package may arrive in an Amazon padded mailer or with reused packing materials..
If you are unhappy with anything at all, please allow me time to remedy the situation. If a problem cannot be resolved, I will refund the purchase (minus shipping) upon return receipt of the item. Buyer pays return shipping.
