  • Description: Very beautiful pictorial and lyrical homage to a beggar with instructive and cautionary overtones. Comes from a series of similar depictions of other professions and can presumably be understood as a moralising final word to strive for the previously described professions.   • Condition: Very good condition. Pale discolourations of the paper are visible especially along the edges of the sheet. There is a short marginal tear at the upper left. The left corners of the sheet are minimally creased.
