If you are considering purchasing this item then you already know this is a system board from a Compaq 486 computer.  These are old motherboards.  Before pulling our system boards each system is thoroughly tested.  These were pulled a long time ago and properly stored in anti-static bags. I mention this because you should anticipate having to replace the DS1397 Dallas Chip.  Because of the age it is unlikely these chips can still hold any configuration information.  **
