Shipping:

We ship via USPS, usually within 1 business day. Items under 3 ounces will be shipped using 

1st Class Mail (unless stated otherwise) and will include tracking. Items over 3 ounces will 

be shipped using Media Mail, also with tracking.

Return Policy: 

30 days (excluding software) Items must be returned in same condition as sent.

Defects: 

All our media is guaranteed to play perfectly (excluding downloadable and/or 

online content/features). We do not refund shipping costs in cases of buyer's remorse. 

If any of our listing include "Free Shipping" our cost of shipping (usually about $3.50) will 

be deducted from your refund.
