Due to the post office delaying some packages, in order to receive by a certain date, the only money-back guarantee is to ship Express. First class normally only takes a couple days, but in some cases, it takes longer, depending on the Post Office.

First Class/Ground is expected to take 2-6 business days.
Priority is expected to take 1-3 business days.
Express is guaranteed to take 1-2 business days.

I highly recommend purchasing items 2-4 weeks in advance. It is not my fault nor is it your fault that an item does not arrive, but the only guarantee that the post office has is with Express shipping.

Please note that once I ship the item, it is no longer my responsibility. It is in the hands of the Post Office. If the item is taking longer to get there than what it says it should take, please contact the Post Office, and please make sure your address is correct. I am in no way obligated to refund your money due to post office error or your own error, but because I strive for the happiness of my customers, I will work something out.

Payment

Please pay promptly through eBay's checkout system. I accept PayPal only. Payment must be made within 7 business days. If you need more time, please contact me to make payment arrangements. If I don't hear from you and if payment is not made within that time frame, a non-paying bidder report will be filed.

Shipping

Shipping is calculated according to zip code. Includes tracking/delivery confirmation. Priority and Express includes insurance. Please make sure you check your address before paying, to make sure it is correct. I am not held responsible for items lost due to incorrect addresses. Most packages take just a couple days to arrive, but sometimes they may take longer. Just depends on the Post Office.

If purchasing several items, make sure you click "add to cart" rather than "buy it now" to save on shipping.

I offer same-day shipping, if payment is made in the morning (on days that the Post Office is open and days that I'm home). Otherwise I ship it the next business day.

If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me within 14 days of receiving the item and we will make arrangements to satisfy your purchase. I discourage returns because there are other ways of making a customer happy, but if you decide you want to return the item, return shipping is paid for by the buyer.
