SHIPPING

Please don't forget to include the shipping cost when bidding. We ship USPS and UPS depending on cost. Typically will be shipped through USPS First & Priority, and Media Mail. Larger and heavier items or packages exceeding 12" in length will be shipped UPS. Items exceeding $300 US will require signature delivery confirmation. 

COMBINED INVOICES

We do not give partial refunds or shipping discounts for combined items. We give "shipping discounts" on the front end when we accept offers. We wish to remove all confusion on shipping refunds. Please consider the the total cost you're willing to pay and send an offer. Combined invoices are sent Monday - Friday, with exceptions of holidays. 

TAX

Sales tax is collected based on your state by ebay.

RETURNS

Items must be returned in the same condition to receive full refund.

PAYMENT

Payment - Payment is expected at the close of auction unless an agreement is made prior to auction close. 

Non-Paying Bidders - Unpaid item cases are opened after two days of non-payment. Non-paying bidders are blocked from future transactions.

Cancelled Transactions - If a winning bidder requests to cancel the sale, they will be blocked from future transactions. 

BIDDING

Retracting Bids - Bids can be cancelled through the HELP section of Ebay. If a bidder cancels bids excessively, they will be blocked from future transactions.

Shill Bidding - If a buyer appears to be bidding and retracting suspiciously to manipulate bids, they will be blocked from future bidding and reported to Ebay.

CORRESPONDENCE

At this time, we are only able to respond to messages as they relate to Ebay transactions. We can not respond to requests for identification, appraisal, or business inquiries.
