This original vintage GWR Railway lithograph travel poster for The Glorious Thames dates from the c1930 and is of a scene along the River Thames by Cusden.

The extremely scarce poster has the GWR logo under this scene along with The Glorious Thames. Cheap Circular Tours By Rail and River Steamers.

Printed in Great Britain by J. Weiner and this is shown along the bottom along with No. 157 Paddington Station London W2 and James Milne General Manager.

Leonard Cusden was an English artist who was renowned for his railway posters along with landscape, World War II propaganda and health and safety posters.

This poster would have been used in Paddington Station, London to promote travel.
