Full 30 day return policy but we do ask that if its returned then please use our packaging and that the drive is in the same condition as was sent.
All our systems/component Serial Numbers are stored on our system so we can track exactly which system/ component was sent and that these components have passed all quality checks!
SHIPPING:
All orders are shipped out the same day until 15:00 (3pm) UK time excluding holidays and weekends Unless otherwise stated in shipping details HOWEVER ALL orders are packed the same day we get them and if we are here on the weekend they will be sent out if the Post Office is open that day – most Saturdays we are here. All orders come with FREE 2nd class delivery included but you can upgrade this at the point of ordering if you want your items a day or so quicker.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We use Ebays excellent Global Shipping Program which ensures that you get your order hassle free if you are not locally based!
RECYCLING: We try to recycle 100% of our waste and use recycled material as much as possible! This includes packaging materials sent to us from our various suppliers and as such don’t be surprised to see that your items might be surrounded by different type of packaging/filling materials. We also try to use 100% FSC recycled packaging paper and boxes in our shipments BUT use plastic protection sleeves, bubblewrap and bags when this is needed!
