This modern-looking caravan is only 2 years old and comes with double glazing, central heating, and two decking areas. The owners are selling due to family commitments and have owned it from new. It’s a 3 bedroom (8 berth) model and is now for sale at £33,995 which includes the site fees for 2024, the owner-transfer fee, and new gas & electric certificates. The park runs a long 11.5 month season and only shuts for 2 weeks in February. The pitch licence is in place until 2041.
The caravan is a good size at 36ft x 12ft It’s sited near the pool and clubhouse, and is away from any roads so would be ideal for a young family. It has an open-plan living area with a large built-in sofa that could comfortably fit all the family (also with a built-in sofa bed beneath), a large TV display cabinet, and a couple of storage cupboards and shelves. There are front-opening doors that lead to an enclosed decking. The kitchen is a very good size and comes with a gas cooker & hob (with an extractor), a full-size fridge & freezer, and plenty of storage cupboards. There's also The Neptune pub/carvery onsite which has a more relaxed setting for adults and is ideal for hungry families. The park is located directly opposite the sea, and there's a great sea-wall promenade which stretches for miles. It's ideal for walking, cycling and taking in the sea air. There's a handy bus service from outside the park which connects between Folkestone and Hastings.
