UK delivery: Light Items are normal sent by Royal Mail untracked post, heavier items are sent by 3-5day courier.
Non UK delivery is normally sent by untracked Airmail (2-3 weeks Europe, 3-6 weeks for most of the rest of the world).
Next day delivery in the UK and express delivery to the rest of the world can be arranged.
