Vintage 1986 Hasbro GI Joe ARAH v1 Zandar action figure. Please read full description:

Original owner, smokeless house. Figure's original O-Ring is still intact, and all joints are tight. Paint is in great shape, with minor wear of the gold paint (belt buckle, knife, and knee pads), please review all photos. Has all of his original accessories, but no file card. No repro parts. 

**I have updated this listing to note that Zandar's color change feature does still work.  (New photos added.)  I had previously listed it as not working because I only tested the color change by placing the figure on the window sill.  Apparently, the window glass blocks the sun's UV rays or something, because the figure does change color when taken outside and placed in direct sunlight.  Cool!
