Princess Cut is the second most popular cut shape for Diamonds next to 'Round Brilliant' cut. The face shape of the Princes cut is normally square, sometimes rectangular, and the profile (side-on) shape is similar to an inverted pyramid with four bevelled sides. A step-modified cross-cut crown and a series of unique, chevron-shaped facets in the pavilion combine to give a distinct cross-shaped reflection when the stone is viewed directly through the table. The Princess cut is a relatively new diamond cut, having been created in the 1960s, and it has gained in popularity in recent years as a more distinctive alternative to the more popular Round Brilliant-cut.

All of our items are termed as "Used" because they are not bought as new for resale, they have been acquired by us over a number of years and being pre-owned they each have a unique history. Every item is carefully restored by our workshops to allow us to present them in pristine condition for your enjoyment.

We operate a secure postal service for all of our items, using only signed-for/recorded delivery with appropriate insurance where necessary. We will post your item out only on receipt of cleared funds, and only on weekdays Monday to Friday. All of our items are carefully and securely packaged, and sent using a secure national postal service, so we cannot be responsible for any items missing or damaged in transit. Please contact us, as a matter of urgency if this is the case and we will investigate fully how it could happen, and attempt to resolve it for you.
