Dulce de Leche, a traditional size Breyer model horse. Dulce is a palomino pinto on the Flash mold. It’s a limited edition with only 500 made and were available at the 2006 Breyer Tour Event. A Certificate of Authenticity was not provided with any of the Dulce models. It does come with a navy blue velvet bag and a 2005 catalog. “2006 Breyer Tour Limited Edition” is stamped on its belly. This horse is brand new and has never been displayed and is still in the original plastic bag and plastic wrap as it came from the factory. I have examined it and see no marks or rubs. I don’t guarantee there are no imperfections but to me it appears to be in flawless condition.

Special note on Dulce. The reason why I have so many is that my mother sold Breyer horses at her store since 1995. She held the very last Breyer tour event in 2008. She was offered the chance to purchase unsold models from the previous tour events.  She jumped at the chance and put them away in storage as an investment. She has recently had some health problems so I am helping her sell them.

     I usually take individual photos of the Breyer models but the Dulces all appear so similar that I have been using the same photo. I have just been unwrapping the factory bubble wrap, making sure they don’t have any imperfections from the factory and then wrapping them back up. That way they never get removed from the original plastic bag they came in from the factory. I would be happy to remove one from the original factory plastic bag for you and take more pictures but many people appreciate the special opportunity to be the first ones to remove Dulce from the plastic bag he was shipped out in from the factory! I always remove the outer layers of bubble wrap and carefully inspect him to make sure I don’t see any factory imperfections. If there is any problem I am always happy to refund or exchange (but everyone has always been very happy so far). Please ask with any questions.
