Buyer may only return the DVD for a refund if the DVD is defective and does not play provided Buyer returns to Seller at Buyer's cost the DVD   within 30 days of delivery . The refund will be processed within 7 business days after Seller receives the DVD provided that the DVD is defective and does not play.

Seller is not responsible for any refund for failure by the US Postal Service to deliver the DVD or the DVD is damaged in transit. If Buyer wishes to protect itself against any such failure or damage Buyer shall purchase at its own cost shipping insurance. Buyer may only cancel an order within 24 hours after purchase date

PAYMENT: Winning Buyer must process PAYPAL payment within 48 hours of the deadline for Buy Now. If payment is not received within 48 hours of the end of the deadline, this is an admission to forfeiture of the winning item and the item will either be offered to the next highest bidder or be pulled from sale, upon discretion of SELLER.
