This vintage Victorian brass filagree 4-piece ornate lipstick holder is in very good condition with ware on head of baby that can be seen in pictures.  This can hold 4 lipsticks and measures 3.25-inches in height and 3 inches wide at its base.  No identifying stamps shows maker, quite heavy for its size.
