Recently at a San Francisco estate sale , I found some files in a filing cabinet with labels like "HI - FI ADS - PRE-1957" and "RECORD CO. CATALOGs - PRE 1957" . Inside these folders were a veritable treasure trove of vintage Hi-Fi audio ads, brochures, letterhead, correspondence, newsletters etc. from some of the now most well known names in the business , many of whom were just getting their start. Also many now arcane and defunct outfits that are lost to obscurity now. I think many of these will be of interest to Audiophiles, vintage Tube amp enthusiasts, or scholars of Industrial design from this golden age of Mid Century Modern home audio. and then..those in the middle of the Venn diagram of those groups.

It seems as though the original owner of these would attend listening parties at Hi-Fi shops and Home Audio Shows and pick up these brochures and technical specification sheets and then stick them in these folders where they have resided until now. As a result, they have been rarely handled and are all in VERY FINE Condition. If there are any issues to any single piece I shall mention those in the description.
