I hope this is a casting reel. I haven’t fished since I was a child. So untested and I don’t know much about reels. I do know this has a pretty neat look to it. It has some weird cloth string on it. Not the nylon line you normally see. It’s in used condition. It has wear, stains and scratches. Overall, it’s held up pretty well. Please see photos for condition. Thanks and have fun fishing
