I ship most orders within 2-5 business days (Monday to Friday). I am located in
Canada, Quebec and are a direct mail order business only. I ship
Worldwide! - Some restrictions apply (see product descriptions).
International Buyers please Note (outside Canada & USA): I am not responsible for any custom taxes that your country may charge. Import
duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or
shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please
check with your country's customs office to determine what these
additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. Please allow extra time for items to clear customs.
Combined shipping: If
you are interested in purchasing multiple items I will always try to
offer a combined shipping discount. Because items sent via Canada Post
are priced based on their final size/weight and destination the discount
varies depending on the items purchased. In order to qualify for the
combined shipping discount all items must be paid for in the same
transaction & be shipped to the same address.
I
can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are
restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to
international destinations.
You can contact me to know the shipping cost if your country is not listed.
All
shipments sent to the wrong address supplied to us, will incur the
redirect fee charges or reshipping fees if it is returned.
Returns products:
Bebe Pour La Vie guarantees our products 100%. All products that leaves our warehouse, are inspected and well packed.
Please
check the content of your order when you receive it. If there are any
issues, please email us immediately so we can fix the problem at that
time. Items must be returned or reported within 15 days of your original
purchase.
Refunds
may be given up to the purchase price only. The shipping costs are not
refundable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
If you received an incorrect or defective item or if damage occurs via the shipping service please contact us immediately to resolve.
Please
note: Items that have been used, which is not in its original packaging
(with shipping box and certificate) cannot be returned.
No returns will be accepted on Clearance sales.
