General description

Double miniature triode - 6H6P is designed to work in various analog and pulse devices, providing the necessary amplification of the power of useful signals in the low-frequency range. The design of the radio lamp (finger glass cylinder with hard metal contacts) makes it possible to operate it in any position. The triode was produced on an industrial scale until 1985, currently there are foreign analogues - 6BX7GT, E182CC, 6DN7.

Basic technical characteristics

• Cathode type: oxide with indirect glow.
• Required glow voltage: 6.3 V.
• Nominal current in the glow circuit: 0.75 A.
• Operating voltage supplied to the anode: 120 V.
• Current in the circuit of each of the anodes: 30 mA.
• Nominal power developed by the anode: 4.5 W.

General description

The modified pentode - 6Zh1P is specially designed for amplifying alternating voltage (signals) in a wide frequency range. The radio lamp is quite effectively used in the cascades of radio receivers, as well as in the circuits of television equipment. The lamp body is made in the form of a cylindrical, glass bulb with contact pins that ensure the installation of the lamp in a special panel of the electronic unit. The pentode has not been produced on an industrial scale since 1982.

Main technical characteristics of 6Zh1P

• Voltage applied to the anode in standard mode of operation: 120 V.
• Nominal current in the anode circuit: 7.35 mA.
• Input/through/output pentode electrical capacity: 4 / 0.035 / 2.3 pF.
• Average power released at the anode: 1.2 W.
• Nominal voltage on the second grid: 120 V.
• Minimum service life: 5000 hours.
