PLEASE CONTACT US WITH ANY QUESTIONS OR FOR AN IN-HAND DESCRIPTION

An absolutely gorgeous sounding L-48 featuring a mahogany top & sides with an arched maple back. With a bright, powerful voice & super comfy neck, this beautiful archtop is a real joy to play. Professionally set up ready to play straight out of the case.

Cosmetic Condition: Great shape for being 75 years old with typical play wear - various nicks, chips, dents & dings; scratches & weather checking. Overall the guitar has a wonderful, authentic vintage vibe to it with a beautiful patina.

Neck: Nicely rounded, semi-chunky mahogany neck with cream side-dots. Brazilian rosewood fingerboard with mother of pearl dot inlays. Frets don't really show any wear, but are fairly low & cannot be dressed, so there's some buzzing above the 12th fret.
Kluson Deluxe tuners with newer buttons. 1 11/16" nut width; 24 3/4" scale length.

Body: Double-bound archtop with dual F-holes. Mahogany top in sunburst finish. Nickel trapeze tailpiece & compensated rosewood bridge on a floating rosewood base. Long tortoise pickguard. Mahogany sides & arched maple back. There are no electronics & the guitar weighs 4 lbs 8.6 oz.

Case: Vintage chipboard case included.
