Car Fuel Injector Cleaner Non-dismantle Fuel System Injector Cleaning Tool Kit
This is our brand new automotive non-dismantle fuel system cleaner injector clean set for petrol cars. When the car starts to be unstable, idle and difficult to start, at the same time fuel consumption increases, this may be due to carbon deposition--residual deposit happening in the fuel system, which could affect normal work. Our cleaner kit will help you out with simple and fast cleaning.
This injector clean kit includes many different adapters, thus covering almost all the EU, Asia, USA cars and light trucks.
The system not only features with high and low pressure cleaning function. At the same time it could also clean the whole fuel system including throttle valve, fuel nozzle and combustion chamber.
Check Fuel Injection Model, Throttle or EFI:
EFI Model :
1. Find out the fuel return hose, disconnect and plug with suitable adaptor.
2. Find out the fuel inlet hose, disconnect and connect with the outlet hose of the cleaner with proper adaptor.
3. Connect the outlet and return hose of the fuel tank and open the tank cover; if there is no return hose, please move the fuse of fuel pump so that the pump will not work.
4. Charge the cleaning fluid into cleaner tank.
5. Connect air source power to the air port of the cleaner, adjust its pressure to 40-50PSI.
6. Check all connect points to make sure there is no leakage.
7. Start engine to clean fuel system.
Throttle Model:
Same connection method with EFI model, except air source pressure should be adjusted to 1-5 PSI.
How to Identify Inlet and Return Hose:
1. Generally speaking, inlet hose is thicker, return hose is thinner.
2. There is always a filter connected in the inlet hose side, and a buffer in the return side.
3. There is arrow on the hose to show the fuel flow direction.
