Shipping
We ship primarily using UPS ground and occasionally USPS Priority and First Class. Due to cost increases and recent spikes in inefficiency with USPS, we will default to UPS if an item is cost-prohibitive or bought during holiday shipping periods where USPS is even more inefficient.If you have a shipping preference that needs to be respected, please let us know. We try to ship economically and will return any overestimated cost to you after shipping.
Your country's Custom Duties or any fees imposed on a shipment are Customers' responsibility. Returned purchases refused due to custom duties may incur additional return shipping fees that will be subtracted from your refund. This excess shipping cost is not refundable. We recycle boxes when possible, but our packing materials are typically top-notch and you can be assured we pack with care. We frequently use Ranpak Ready Roll Protective Paper for void filler and protection and Scotch Flex & Seal Shipping Roll Self-Sealing Padded Mailers for smaller objects or unusual sizes. We also use shipping roll remnants to protect items and act as a void filler. Suffice it to say, we pack carefully, and haven't had a damaged item since using these.
