This is One Amazing Frame set with Beautiful multi color paint, it may be called color changing paint, & the top tube is monogrammed Stephen K Hall Esq. Official 54cm Serotta size measures center to center and has a 54 in the serial number. The Size is: Seat tube 54cm Center to Center or 5.5cm Center to Top with a 55cm center to center top tube. The rear stay is approximately 41cm center to center. The Head tube is 130mm. Wheelbase is approximately 38". Frame and Fork are Serotta Colorado Concept C4S Steel Alloy Tubing with Serotta Dropouts. The 1" Threaded Carbon Fiber F1 Fork has 100mm Spacing and the Frame has 130m Rear Spacing. The serial # CS 54 14XX. Frame decal says 1997 25th anniversary from Serotta's start date 1972. Made in the USA. Used Frame with Amazing original paint, Paint is a cool iridescent metallic Blues & Purples, Frame has minimal blemishes, close to perfect.
