Dinky Toys No. 156 SAAB Model 96. A superb example in bright metallic red body with a white interior. Truly this model is in as-new condition.
Original now slightly age hardened tires are mounted to their original spun aluminum hubs. Perfect windows, black steering wheel, folding seat backs and baseplate. Both doors open properly. The registration numbers front and rear (INJ483F) are perfect as are the chromed bumpers and grille.
There are no issues with the model and it truly looks like it could have left the factory yesterday, but in fact it was some 50 years ago!
The original box is in equally outstanding condition with perfect illustrations on both sides and excellent box ends. The box looks like it just came off the shelf in your toy store. In all a great box for a superb model.
In summary, a splendid boxed original addition to your Dinky Toys, Saab or unusual cars of the 1960's collection.
This model and box will not disappoint the most discriminate collector. You will not find one better.
