You are purchasing this lovely TALBOTS KIDS GIRLS SIZE 12 DRESSY SILK SKIRT SIDE ZIP TULLE TWIRL HOLIDAY BLACK GOLD IN EXCELLENT PREOWNED CONDITION .   Brand is Talbots Kids.  Made in China.  Size 12 girls.  Measures laying flat - waist 13", hips 15.5"  and waist to hem ( bottom of black tulle) is 16.5" so depending on height is probably just above or to the knee.  Elegant and lovely brocade with a muted gold background and black textured floral design that looks like lace.  Shell is 100% silk.  Tulle is 100% polyester.  Lining is 100% polyester.  Hidden side zipper.  Tiered ruffle effect with four layers on the skirt and two of which are black tulle and innermost lining is black satin feel.  Perfect for twirling and dancing.  Excellent preowned condition.  No rips, stains or tears.  Hidden side zipper functions well.  No issues.  Great for holidays, special occasions, weddings, parties etc...  Thanks for looking!
