Ibride ROSITA French Tray Wall Art,, Charming Bizarre Bird Portrait

Featuring Rosita, a party dress-wearing pigeon with a cupcake. 

I know nothing about this tray apart from a quick internet search so please do you own research, it is made in France, looks to have never been displayed and is still in its original box that is a bit creased from storage. the tray measures just over 27cm high x 20.5cm wide and has a quirky picture on it.
