- During World War II, there was no airfield under Allied control without a Clarktoll towing tractor manned.
- The Clark Toll 6 was powered by a 62 hp liquid-cooled Chrysler 6-cylinder flathead petrol engine with a top speed of 25 km/h and a 3-speed gearbox.
