Verified orders (Paid; and with deliverable address) will be Shipped within 24 hours. We ship Monday - Friday (excludes Holidays and weekends). Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

Tracking number will be uploaded to eBay and sent to your email by the end of the day when item shipped.

Free standard shipping carried by FedEx and USPS. Shipping and delivery usually take 2-5 business days depends on buyer location (ship from NY).

* Please make sure your shipping address is correct before paying. Address changes will result in a $15 correction fee charged by the courier company (Please contact us ASAP if you find the shipping address is not correct as we ship fast! Emails / messages are preferred with deadline by noon). All shipped items ask for address change will generate a $15 correction fee.)

We understand that you may need to return an order for some unexpected situations. Returns are acceptable within 30 days of receipt.

You will receive a full refund for defective/damaged/un-compatible items that:

• are in their original packaging.
• have not been used, installed or disassembled.
• are not damaged due to improper installation.
• do not have missing parts, hardware or instructions.

* An un-compatible item defines as a part that does not compatible with your vehicle which is listed in the item’s description page.

We will cover the return shipping by sending a return label in those instances where the return is resulted from our error (such as vehicle incompatibility with the item descriptions), or when there involves a defective/damaged part.

* All other situations (such as no longer need the item; bought a wrong part…), the buyer will be borne for the return shipping, also a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

How to Refund/Exchange an Item:

*Upon receiving your return/exchange request, we will get working on it right away. With needed information (vehicle’s make, model, year, etc…), the return/exchange will be processed in 1-2 business days.

Shoxtec only sell brand new high quality products. All parts are strictly inspected and passed ISO9001/TS16949 certificate, packed with strong boxes before shipping to our customers. Shoxtec hereby warrants to the customers that all parts are free from defects in function and workmanship.

When used on non-commercial vehicles under normal operating conditions, if the product is found damaged or defective within six months from the purchasing date, we will make a replacement or refund, and the choice is yours!

**This warranty does not apply to conditions caused by normal wear and tear or to products that have been altered, modified, improperly installed, used in applications other than their original intent, and damaged due to vehicle modification or accident. All expenses associated with the installation, removal and replacement for the defective parts are not included in this warranty for reimbursement.
