Based on where on your body you plan to wear the belt, be sure to check your CURRENT waist and/or hip size and make sure your waist or hips fit between the first and last hole measurements in the photos before purchase (if the belt has holes -- if not, its up to you to figure out how long you want the strap to hang beyond the buckle, latch or loop).
Measurements are in inches and do not include buckle length.
