This item is a Dynex DX-SW040 Monopod with instructions and carrying case.   This monopod is in great shape.  Substitutes for a light weight tripod in the field on hikes, sports events, etc.  Check the instructions photo for details of function.  I believe it extends to about 70" via telescoping sections.
