In the case a return is accepted:

Buyer will be responsible for return shipping cost unless covered by EMBG.

Items SEALED and opened are subject to a 50% refund deduction.

Items returned must be in the SAME condition as they are received.

Initial shipping is NON-REFUNDABLE.

We ship Monday - Friday. Purchase orders made over the weekend are shipped Monday.
