Presented is an absolutely gorgeous true vintage 1950s acrylic sweater.

I called the color “ice blue” because it is a super light blue, almost like a gray-blue. Please don’t hold me to color because I am somewhat colorblind! But the pictures looked to be very accurate as far as what it looks like in real life

The sweater has some stretch; rib knit collar, cuffs and waistband provide even more stretch.

The sequins and beadwork are just gorgeous, and seem to be very tightly held on. The metallic base of the rhinestone may show some tarnish. All buttons are present except it looks like the first top button may have been changed out. It seems slightly larger than the remaining buttons. Grosgrain taped reinforced button placket.

There is pilling throughout & light pulls inherent to age. This vintage sweater has been well taken care of and I actually wore this when I was a much younger woman back in the 70s and 80s! It was vintage then and I took special care of it as I still do! It has always been hand washed, gently rolled in a towel to soak up excess water, and air dried on a mesh sweater dryer.

Absolutely gorgeous, beautiful vintage sweater! Very rare!
