Upon despatch you will receive an email with your tracking number, and an estimated delivery date. All deliveries will require a signature upon delivery.

If there is nobody is available a card will be left and the item taken to a depot and delivery attempted on two further occasions before being returned to us. Our courier may also leave the item with a neighbour.

Your order will be delivered between 8am and 7pm Monday to Friday.

Return In-Store (Free!):
The quickest and easiest way to return your item is through one of our high street stores - please see the store locator on our website to find your nearest. The store may also be able to exchange your item for a different size, depending on availability. We'd suggest calling the store in question before travelling to ensure they have the size required in stock.

Our Returns Portal:
Visit our Returns Portal at soletrader.returns.international. You can print off a returns label from a number of carriers including Collect+ and DPD, just enter your order number and Post Code. In cases where the item received is faulty, please get in touch and we can give you a free label. Please package your return well (don't just send the box back please! Any kind of parcel paper will be fine).
